Jaipur, Rajasthan, India





Popularly known as the Pink City, Jaipur is the capital of the State of Rajasthan in the Northwest of the India. The nickname of the Pink City date from 1876, when the entire city was painted in pink to commemorate the visit of the Prince of Wales. Jaipur has a multitude of attractions, including Hawa Mahal (Palace of the winds), the Jal Mahal (water Palace), the Palace of the city, the Rambagh Palace, Nahargarh Fort, Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar Observatory, bitter and a multitude of temples and gardens. Once the capital for Indian royalty, the pink city is now a metropolis with more than 4 million inhabitants. The city has an international airport and accommodation for all budgets
