Vatican City is the smallest independent state in the world with just 44 hectors area and 800 inhabitants. Located on the Vatican hill, on the right bank of the Tiber River in Rome. Vatican City was established in 1929 by the Lateran Treaty on behalf of Pope Pius XI.
people mistakenly perspective on the Holy See and the Vatican City and the same entity, but in reality that is both distinct entities. Both have distinct passports: the Holy See, not being a country, only issues diplomatic and service passports, whereas City State issues normal passports Vatican. In each case very few passports are issued.
The Pope has power of attorney, executive and judicial completely. The executive branch of the area is in the hands of a commission of cardinals appointed by the Pope.
There is also a beautiful garden in the Vatican City, which decorated with fountains and sculptures. The park covers more than half the area of the state. It is covered with stone walls from the south, north and east.
The state is also home to some of the most famous art in the world.The Vatican Library and the collections of the museums are of great historical importance, scientific and cultural. In 1984, the Vatican was added by UNESCO in the World Heritage Site, is the only one to consist of an entire state
The Vatican climate is the same as that of Rome and Italy, in winter it tends to rain more often from September to May. the summer is hot and dry start, from June to August.
